This is just bullshit to snow people into thinking that lowering the taxes that business pay will "Trickle Down." to someone and give him a job. Because most people work for wages and have no experience actually running a business it sounds reasnobile, but it's a con, plain and simple.

Not all states charge sales tax (not same as income tax) but those that do seem to run from 4%. to 7 % and only the state of Illinois taxes drugs, both prescription and non-presecription.

States that do not tax sales are Deleware, Montana. New Hampshire, and Oregon.

Your first post was not about competativeness between establishments where taxes are charged, it was about if no taxes would create jobs.

If I have a business with gross sales of over one million, are you saying that I cannot afford to hire additional employees if my clients are not taxed and all the sudden they start eating at my place twice as often, driving my gross sales to two millioin? You´r an idiot if that is what you believe. Typically however, when this sort of tax increating employment is spoken of, it´s income taxes they are talking about, not sales tax. Of course I don´t expect you to understand that and especially ¨why¨.
