Those that have insurance are paying their share into the system.

Those like you are not paying anything and will stiff the system when you die. When you say 'some people will die with nothing' that means greedy people like you since the odds are that one day you will need medical treatments that you cannot pay for.

But how about; If after your assests are liquidated to settle your debts any remaining debts are charged to your children and their children. Make your family pay! Otherwise you are just another deadbeat.
