I'll give you credit for being honest. Your #2 idea doesn't really make sense. Yea, the person would have to pay off this debt but some would be in debt all their lives and thus die with this debt. Most major expenses occur latter in life. This is why one should pay when healthly so they can get something back when they are older.

Instead your idea would mean NOT paying anything UNTIL they need to pay and then of course they cannot pay and they they die with debt.

No true liberty means NOT getting any treatment UNLESS one can pay BEFORE HAND or they have paid into the system (i.e. they have insurance).

What you have is NOT liberty but stealing from others in society (i.e. getting medical treatment that you cannot pay for because you are too selfish to get insurance).
