Really, G, that's just dumb. This could have happened just as easily under Bush's or President McCain's watch as much as any other president's. As if the president has any kind of control of the military at this level.

The thing that strikes me is that they allowed this guy to run around bad mouthing the American military mission in Iraq and Afghanistan and talk like a loon. Other psychiatrists and soldiers sound like they were spooked by this nut. They should have put him in the stockade a long time ago. Or better yet, strap C-4 on his body and drop him from a chopper onto an Al Queda safe house.
