No. Just like a man having prostate surgery would have a major impact on both partners, a pregnancy impacts both partners. However, there is no test on earth that a doctor can perform on a man to tell him that the man is pregnant. He could say "We" are having a child, but not "We" are pregnant.

I understand the common usage, but it is a little silly. Once upon a time not so very long ago, there were more euphemisms for pregnant than there were for dead. Some things people just talked around, so no one would figure out how they got that way, apparently. Of course, 100 or so years ago, people never mentioned a woman's "leg", either.
