How do you discuss policy with a group that has annointed certifiable lunatics as their leaders? How do you try to find common ground with people who are not only ignorant of the facts and issues, but who cling stubbornly to demonstrable falsehoods and exist in a sort of bizarroworld where up is down, and day is night?
