Anyone else confused on the difference between a PLAN and a COMPANY?

A company, in the US system, is a legal entity that offers services. A Plan is the (health insurance coverage) service they offer.

The Religious Right is, indeed, not putting any restrictions on companies per se: Just the Plans they can offer to their customers. Including banning plans that include abortion coverage that their female customers might want.

Again, it is restricting the choices of others that is the objective of the Religious Right.
