Unfortunately, the language of the constitution is "cruel and unusual," not "cruel and stupid," so the cretins posting on this thread are excused. From Geeker, to the incompetent and heartless lawyers, the entird process failed both the victim and the child they had up on false charges. What horrifies me is, this appears to be some kind of ideological contest, like everything else, these days. Knee-jerk reactionaries have already made up their minds, based on nothing but race-hatred and recrudescent fascism. Maybe Florida can change, but can these guys?
