I do care, but perhaps not as much as you do. I see a system promoting government dependency you apparently see a system of government support; and we're both looking at the same program...

I'd prefer to change it to a private system of required investments (just not giving it to the government) and I'd stretch it out over a long time, perhaps a decade or more. The important point being to get out of government dependency and into private investment.

The HC situation requires a lot more effort and thought. The rising costs are vexing and the HCI situation adds little or nothing positive to solving the problems.
