What have the banks and other financial institutions been doing with the TARP billions they got? They certainly aren't lending it anywhere like they used to. And yet, the rise in the DOW has been powered to some extent by the huge surge in financials!

The banks and financials got what amounts to a near zero percent loan, so that money went someplace looking for some money to make. Could Goldman and JPMorgan be buying stocks to fatten their bottom line, drawing suckers into a sucker's rally?

We all know they would never do something so underhanded as that!
