I favor single payer 100% of the way. Take all the premiums paid into the insurance industry and give it to Medicare and insure everyone, overnight. This bill is not going to do the trick at all. Republicans and insurance lobbies got what they wanted, a monstrosity which can allow them to keep the status quo for ever.
