Alcohol is legal and pot is not, but you will note that poor judgement like driving while drunk or operating machinery while drunk is not legal.....I would like to see pot legalized but I certainly wouldnt be calling for repeal of laws keeping the intoxicated off the road....I dont care if you're drunk or stoned, bad judgement is bad judgement and DUI is DUI.

What we dont need is to see certain conservative elements of our society trying to put up straw men made up of bad judgement rather than scientific facts. If you want to keep pot illegal dont try and lie (like the "just say no" ads frequently did)....show me scientific data showing how pot is somehow more dangerous than beer.....THEN you might make a case....so far it doesnt look likely.
