Thus a woman cannot refuse to have sex with her HIV infected husband - according to the HRCC - if he refuses to wear a condom. And yet at the same time the HRCC considers a marriage "unsanctified" and "nullifiable" if the woman fails to have sex with her husband.

You can cherry pick your slanted version and exclude all of the immeasurable good this institution has brought the untold millions of people throughout history who have benefited from the sacrifice and charity of multi-thousands of priest, missionaries and lay people who have loved and cared for their needs.

There is no denial of the benefits those priests et. al. have brought. But when you balance that against the depredations the HRCC has wrought, the scales of justice do not point in the direction of the HRCC absent a thumb on them in preference to the irrational faith. The Soviet Union also brought good to tens of millions of people. But in the Net Aggregate, it was not a force for goodness. Neither is the HRCC.
