I would still contend that if your side argued this issue honestly, you'd have a much harder time getting the public to agree with you on gay marriage. Remember that poor Senator who was so ridiculed for making that exact point about the logical consequences of the argument for gay marriage? Are you willing to apologize to him on behalf of your dishonest co-belligerents who insisted that gay marriage had nothing to do with legalizing incest or polygamy?
