I know you're being sarcastic, but really, who cares? I can't see in what way incest between two consenting adults causes harm to anyone except themselves due to the social ramifications and possibly to hypothetical children - however recent research has found that incest, even between close relatives, doesn't carry as high a risk of genetic problems as previously thought. It's a moot point anyway, since couples who already have genetic predispositions that carry a very high risk of problems for any children they bear are not forbidden to have children, let alone marry.
So as long as everyone consents you have no problem with us making it a legal threesome?
