!. The Blob-- This was the first scary movie I saw [I was very young] at a theater and it scared the bejeesus outta me. Watching it again once I was older I could not believe it would have scared me at all.

2. The House of Usher was another one that scared the hell out of me but once seeing it again later it was not much to see.

3. Close Encounters of the Third Kind was kind of scary especially since there is a possibility it could happen.

4. Silence of the Lambs- I read the book which really creeped me out so I had to see the movie and it did not disappoint, really scary, IMO.
