He is incredibly wrong about that last supposition

The variety and type of miracles have been on a steady inverse decline that is inversely proportional to the advance of science. The sun no longer ever stops in it's path around the planet so that the Jewish army can fight longer in the daylight. And there is a good reason for it. Back in those days, the earth was the center of the universe and the sun and stars circled the earth. That does not happen anymore.

For awhile there, miracles were reduced to seeing the Virgin Mary on a tortilla chip, but even that is starting to have miracle problems because experiments have been able to demonstrate how pattern recognition works in random samples and we can now produce as many sponge bob pattern recognitions in subjects as we can Virgin Mary's.

More science, less miracles.
