I can understand the CEO of Safeway instituting this fat-busting policy on his own employees. But does he really want to encourage americans to lose weight en masse? If everyone stops over-consuming, what's going to happen to Safeway's bottom line? It would like Phillip Morris encouraging people to quit smoking.
