Ehh but that is similar to a S&M relationship gefyon - you have an understanding with him that he is allowed to do things to you that other people may not want, because really you do want it. And that is ok, nobody is saying that you shouldn't be allowed to want things like that or that he is a bad person for giving you what you really want.

But what we are talking about here is people that really don't want to be tickled, it makes them feel bad. And nobody should be made to feel bad by people who are supposed to care about them.
