I have to vote yes also. When Obama took office we had just finished a round of layoffs and it was unclear whether there would be another (which would have been a couple months ago probably). Our hiring is still virtually frozen, but we've still hired a couple positions recently. I paid off my student loan a couple years early and became an investor (missing the bottom by about a month).
