These things are only unpredictable to us because we lack sufficient information. It does not change the fact that strict cause and effect governs the material world with unrelenting rigidity. If we had sufficient information and enough processing power, you could predict the whole history of the material universe by examining the conditions and trajectory of the first millisecond of the big bang.

That is absolutely untrue. Take a physics class and get back to me. Pay special attention to the parts where they talk about Schodinger's cat and quantum mechanics.
