If the Gov't wants to buy them outright and become communist in nature, but state openly what you are doing, don't play the game where you pretend you don't own them, but you want to make all major decisions. The gov't shouldn't have given bailouts to begin with, now that they have, they need to figure out a way to give them the independence back.
