Well, that's not the traditional definition of treason. The actual Constitutional definition is: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Unless Israel is at war with the United States or is otherwise considered an enemy (which has a specific meaning), then it's not legally treason, it's just espionage.
