Re: Depends on how you define
by Rubma

It was sarcasm Degs....but, if you wish to go all literal on me. Low-life, most certainly a theif would fit within that definition. So, what are you saying...that I steal from you? The decision to destroy lives and property is not the military's to make...and never has been. You have found the wrong tree to bark up.... If anything, I would submit the military has probably benefitted more lives than it has ever destroyed...including those "low-lifes" that joined and came out the other side with an education, experience, discipline, and a solid work-ethic. Think of any crisis around the world, and you are almost certain to see members of our military in the mix and lending a hand. Yeah...we are nothing but thieves.....only because we aren't helping YOU directly.

What do you do....so I can better understand where you are coming from? I want to better understand what makes me a thief in your eyes, and you do nothing but contribute to the overall betterment of mankind. I've never pulled a trigger, but I have helped build a house, pick up litter, clean parks, teach our young to read and play baseball, helped evacuate refugees....and I'm a thief to you? I'm waiting....you have got to be one helluva citizen...at least better than my neighbors that let their dogs shit in my yard?
