Sure. Women don't have to earn as much money as men or invent things because women know that men will pay for stuff for them.

Girls should be vaccinated because it is probably easier for men to contract HPV from women than vice versa. Female genitals secrete fluids that, unlike male fluids, are not contained by a latex condom. Women only know when a pap smear may reveal something, but even bad test results probably never alters female sexual behavior, and continued sex certainly does not halt vaginal fluids.
