(1) Tell us what "BFD" means and why you picked it. My original Fray name was BD. I'm a Ballot Box poster mostly and it tends to put posters in a "BFD" mood. 'Nuff said.

(2) Houston is really growing pretty rapidly and it has no zoning right? What is it like to be in real estate in Houston? I'm actually in SE Harris County,not Houston itself. Most of the cities in my business area have zoning laws. The market where I am isn't great right now but it isn't bad compared to many other places.

(3) Tell me about your experiences on the barrier islands of Texas. My family used to vacation every summer at So. Padre Island/Port Isabel when I was a kid. That was way before So. Padre Island became the resort that it is now. Also,my father owned a beach house in Crystal Beach,Texas on the Bolivar Peninsula from 1978 to April 2008. Spent a lot of time down there,even in the winter. Note those dates. The new owner's beach house was washed away by Ike the night of 9/12/08.
