heh, yes. In my opinion the land/cross issue is about as important as a Nativity scene in front of city hall in Peoria. It is the judicial thinking of Scalia which is the real story.

I find the display of nativity scene in front of city hall in Peoria to be a pretty important story, but that's because I live there.

Scalia's wakiness is more significant, though.
