Because I think what we're talking about here is one of the 5 bills in the senate, the one from the finance committee, that will be reconciled with the other 4 bills (all of these written, naturally enough, by our legislative branch) and then with the house bill.

That might be a good time to see the bill that's presented to Obama. Unless he's written one, and Alice is the only one who knows? Though if that's the case, it might be awfully hard to get it passed...
