There is only one thing that I would add to what you said: a false rape accusation is a life destroying event. As I said in another thread, I know a rape victim and a victim of a false accusation. The victim of the false accusation was accused to the police but never charged, but I can promise that their will never be a day in his life when he can fully trust a woman, when he isn't looking around, afraid to see the woman who violated him, and when he doesn't remember calling his mother from jail and saying he was accused of rape.

False accusations don't have to reach convictions to ruin lives. Their should be justice for the victims. There isn't and there won't ever be.
