sorry, I am kinda trollish sometimes on here. I was just agreeing with the guy that "printing money devalues it." It's a concept we all know and love. I agree (and hope really, considering my growing cynicism towards legislators) that the ideal HC plan would find funding through streamline savings/targeted taxes/broad individual stability. I can't say for sure (even now, after this hiatus) if the plan does that. So I threw our fellow frustrated frayster a pat on the back, he sounded like he needed it considering his state (figuratively and literally).
