really does have traits that are far too common within itself. That is the sociopaths. Some 4% of the population is sociopathic, but they seem more prevalent because by their very nature they will often move into positions of power. These are the folks that we all have to be concerned about.

Sociopaths have no real concern for their fellow man. They really don't care who or what gets hurt in their personal climb up the ladder of success. In one way or another we are all at their mercy....and they have no mercy.
