What was the death toll? There are numerous examples on Youtube of Bible burning. Where's the crazy, violent outrage? Remember the fallout from that phony Koran-in-the-toilet story?

It is simply ridiculous to deny that Islam's true believers have a harder time with anger-management than Christians do. I write this as an atheist. Islam is far and away the most backward of the three Abrahamic religions.
