Furthermore, Republicans on balance won't distance themselves from that sort of language. You call Limbaugh and Hannity crass but OK because you agree with their politics. You condemn liberals for much, much milder language.

Limbaugh and Hannity are not the MSM. The liberal media is just as invested in swaying public opinion. The only difference is, Limbaugh and Hannity won't tell you they are an objective news source.

And yes, I give Limbaugh and Hannity more weight because they are fighting to do what the MSM refuses to do. And I know the MSM isn't doing it because I have watched the MSM twist stories to push their agenda. I have watched the MSM promote lies as "objective journalism".

Yes, I do have a double standard. I give more credence to people who are at least trying to pass the truth to the American people. Like I said before, I know for a fact that Obama knows there will be rationing because there can't not be, and the MSM won't do the people the service they were created to do and report that, so anyone who is willing too deserves more of my attention.
