if you would, please clarify.

lam is quite clear that she does not want folks posting to or about her in any denigrating, bullying, mean-spirited manner. for her part, she omits who needs to be a part of the agreement. "ilk" is far too vague. must name names.

since the matter arises often, there must also be agreement on how to treat the matter of alternics/sockpuppets. it will not do if anyone uses a sockpuppet to talk about lam. it also will not do for lam to use a sockpuppet to talk about herself, then accuse someone else of sockpuppetry, then use this as pretense to break the ceasefire.

finally, will there be penalties for violation of the terms of the agreement? if yes, these should be included as well.

i recommend top-posting the final agreement. signatories to indicate their assents to be bound, which assents shall then be "locked".
