Just wondering, which of following risky decisions should you, the government, or some business entity make for me:

* decision to recline the passenger car seat

* decision to go skiing or rock climbing

* decision to drink alcohol

* decision to drive a car without a crash helmet

If the answer to any of the above is that anyone other than me (a mentally capable adult) should make that decision, could you tell me know why. I know it sounds like a loaded questions, but I think it's a fair one and I honestly just want to get a perspective of how people think about these things.
