It was the usurious (I know, a hard word, look it up) interest rates
charged by the paycheck cashing and lending joints, and the proposition
that the rates should be lowered to some reasonable level (it's
currently 28% or so in Ohio, and we were discussing a rate of around
35%) whereas you, Irv, haven't really expressed a cogent (darn, another
oddball word, sorry, Irv) counter position. Go on, Irv, give it a shot.
Make an outline, right it down, then edit it, try to make it better,
and finally, when you've got it all written up, try to type it
carefully, mindful of spelling, grammar, punctuation,
capitalization--all those little signals we use, Irv, to tell whether
someone is uttering cud on par with the lowing of cattle, or else
introducing solid ideas which warrant serious consideration. Give it a
whirl, Irv, we're all standing by, breath fully bated, on the edge of
our seats. Don't let us down, Irv, you can do it!
OK. here ya go. it is none of your fucking business what some payday loan place charges deadbeats for borrowing money.
is that clear enough for you?
