to stop coming to their city to campaign, as it caused the city to spend way too much on security. Cleveland had money issues before it was vogue, but no one cared. Bush also didn't attract people all over the world that spend money in said city. Bush was a real loser for Cleveland, and I am sure in other cities as well. I guess he wasn't as easy to bully though. Dead men are always easy to bully, so are misunderstood people.

I am sure that LA made more than they spent.
