Go find a mountain and climb it. You need not climb a huge one, but make it take some effort, at least a good eight hour round trip. The whole physical effort/spiritual cleansing tack can work wonders, and the view from the top doesn't hurt either. If you come to Squamish take a buddy; here thar be cougars...
