SMontgomery, we're talking about 500 lbs. it looks like the 500 lb guy is taking steps to get healthier which will, in turn, be a benefit to the adopted child. This seems like a positive outcome. You would prefer no incentive for the 500 lb guy to lead a healthier life and a adopted child not be spared the stress of a 500 lb dad? That's kind of sick, if you think about it. What do you have against the 500 lb guy and the child?
