Allowing yourself to get to 500 ils is not "taking reasonable medical care of themselves and demonstrates a potential for raising a child just as poorly health/weight-wise. 500-fucking-pounds, man. I don't care if he is 6' 6", that is a grossly obese person. He shouldn't be a foster parent, either. So, rini, if people aren't taking "reasonable medical care of themselves" it's ok?
