Let me begin by saying thank you for your judgmental remarks. Quite educational. You are wrong about my lack of knowledge of other cultures. I have been to all seven continents and every chance I get I travel because I enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Believe me, saying thank you and showing gratitude for good fortune is a global value. However, perhaps you are the expert?
