You don't know what you're talking about. There was one mandated recount in the Franken -Coleman race during which lawyers for both parties were present at each location. The canvassing board which ruled on acceptable ballots was majority republican. Coleman has just finished challenging the recount in court and it dosen't look good for his chances. Minnesota ran as clean an election as is possible. It should be Franken supporters who are pissed off for the initial undercount of hundreds of Franken votes.
