After doing a little research into Johhnyb's case I have discovered some interesting facts: johnnyb is divorced and does not have custody of his daughter. I think he is like that fellow a couple of years ago that sued the school for forcing his daughter to say the pledge (personally, I think the forced reciting of the pledge is silly). That was in California, too. Divorced without custody, no job, just loving the attention the law suit brought. What a pity.
