Nonsense. US Navy enlisted cryptologic aircrew all went through SERE, and apparently still do. In addition, crypto spec-ops (before the 'tactical support' program) and some specific law enforcement enlisted went through the program. And I'll quote the current NAVPERS manual (volume II) instead of a DD-214:

8295 Cryptologic Technician Operator/Analyst

Performs in-flight functions as a cryptologic operator analyst. Is knowledgeable of airborne data collection systems, emergency and flight

procedures.
