Wow. An entire article on how much you hate one particular musician's music. And on the internet. Do you write these types of articles often? Who else's music do you hate? Please, let us know, and why. Let's think about this. Every single person in America has musicians they love and hate. But I don't think many of them go on a rant such as yours and post it to the internet at such length. And I suppose you're expecting me to defend Billy Joel's music. Well, I won't because there is no point. I happen to like most of his music. I grew up with it, have fond memories of it when it first hit the charts. But I also know there are people that hate it, well before I found your article. My point is not to argue Billy's music, but to ask why you think your particular hatred of his music is of interest to us. You're a journalist, right? Then write something that is informative or helpful for people to read. Write something that people should think about such as war, the environment, politics, or something important. Empower people. I could write a book on all the music I think is bad, but I would never want to post it on the internet because it is just barroom opinion crap, not something that should be displayed to the world via a popular web page. The next time you feel like ranting, do it in a mirror or to your pet or anyone who loves to hear you whine about your personal opinion on such a wide topic. I hope you didn't get paid for writing this article. If you did, I would love to meet your boss and offer my talent for writing my opinions on stuff that pisses me off too. But then I'd be wasting other people's time like you did for me. Time to grow some journalistic talent and find something more interesting to write about than your thoughts on music or movies or similar popular topics. Can I have my five minutes back?
