Actually, it may very well be that Obama is a US citizen, just that by all recorded and known accounts, he is NOT a "natural born citizen", hence according to the Constitutiion, not eligible for POTUS. "natural born citizen" meaning that he was at some time in his life, "citizen of another nation"....that is the severe problem presented by the Constitution eligibility requirement...and it appears that nobody, much less Obama, cared to consider it an issue. Obama has retained three law firms to "contest" any requirement to provide ANY documentation and records on himself which only he can provide...and has already spent somewheres up to a million dollars for those three law firms. What is he hiding and why? perhaps, obama's father is not on the vault birth certificate if there is one... and he is trying to hide that fact...and if adopted by his Indonesian stepfather Lolo Soetoro, then he would have been automatically given Indonesian citizenship.

Perhaps...obama doesn't have his father's name on the birth certificate, and wants to hide that fact...but the fact of the matter is...OBAMA IS HIDING SOMETHING and it is probably something more serious than simply about a vault birth certificate...In fact, it is probably somethinfg on his college records in which he admitted he was a "foreign exchange student".

There is a difference....between "natural born citizen" and a "citizen", whether naturalized or born to only one parent US citizen. "natural born citizen" issue has to do with "other loyalties and allegiances" in that Obama has said that he was/is aslo a citizen of UK by virtue of his father's Kenyan citizenship when Kenya was a colony of the UK, then became a Kenyan citizen when Kenya became an independent nation in 1963...at which time he inherited his father's Kenyan citizenship again.

No matter...the dual loyalties, triple loyalties with having been adopted by an Indonesian citizen and very likely becoming an Indonesian citizen by that adoption and getting Indonesian "papers" which can only be given to Indonesian citizens, is another issue about allegiances, loyalties to other nations other than to the one in which he aspires to be POTUS.

Some strict constitutionalists consider it a serious problem...very serious...and even if the SCOTUS drops the ball and doesnt consider any of it...the problem won't go away...as many have said. It will stalk Obama until some final resolution is made...and that is probably some generals, through all of the intel that they would have had already (even now) will make the final decision.
