More lunacy. The response to the petition for a Writ of Certiori is only about if the SC should even hear the case, NOT for Obama to produce his birth certificate. It is only about the issue of Berg's standing. Whomever wrote otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about.

You obviously don't know anything about legal procedure. This will be decided on the record below. The SC will NOT require additional evidence. If they thought it is necessary, they would reverse and send it back. The only thing they will decide right now is if to hear the appeal at all. Obama's birth certificate is not at issue at this point and the SC will not ask him to produce it since the issue is Berg's standing to bring the suit.
