In an ironic twist to my election experience, my wife and I arrived home yesterday to find that the Obama/Biden sign had been STOLEN from our front yard. The thief helpfully left one of the two prongs that stick it into the ground, but the rest of the sign has vanished. Whether this was the work of an angry McCainiac or the greediness of a fan, I am most upset. However, I'd rather have a sign stolen than an election (and since I was an Obama volunteer, I have plenty of T-shirts, buttons, and posters to console myself with).
