It merely states that Mr. and Mrs. (Baraks maternal grandparents. I forget the name) of (and gives their Hawaii address) would like to announce the birth of a grandson.

See near the bottom of the left col. Nothing about his grandpatents. These come directly from State vital statistics so cannot be faked.
