It must involve Linda Lingle, Hawaii's Republican governor who is a McCain supporter and speaker at the RNC. She is a defendant in the Martin lawsuit and her Attorney General successfully beat down Martin's attempt to get a writ of mandamus in the Hawaii supreme court.
